What is this page?
This is a practical privacy notice for the CyberCore early-access period, not a final lawyer-drafted privacy policy and not legal advice. If your practice signs an evaluation, business associate, data processing, or services agreement with CyberDental Corp, that signed agreement controls where it is more specific than this page.
What information may we collect?
During early access, CyberCore may collect a small set of operational information:
- Website and contact information. Name, work email, practice or company name, role, and any message you send through email, forms, or scheduling links.
- Evaluation information. Details you choose to share about your dental IT environment, such as location count, endpoint count, practice-management software, imaging software, and the support problem you are trying to solve.
- Product and diagnostic information. If you use the early-access product, CyberCore may process account identifiers, device names, application status, diagnostic events, timestamps, and logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Public website forms and email are not intended for patient charts, clinical images, full Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive records.
How do we use the information?
We use the information to:
- respond to questions and schedule early-access conversations;
- evaluate whether CyberCore is a fit for a practice or organization;
- operate, secure, debug, and improve the early-access product;
- prepare customer agreements, onboarding, support, and account administration; and
- meet legal, security, and abuse-prevention obligations.
Do we sell personal information?
No. CyberCore does not sell personal information. We also do not publish customer telemetry or practice-identifying operational data as marketing material without permission.
What about patient data and HIPAA?
CyberCore is an IT operations and monitoring product, not an electronic health record or clinical charting system. The product is designed to focus on infrastructure signals. If a customer deployment requires CyberCore to process protected health information, the applicable customer agreement and, where appropriate, a business associate agreement should define those responsibilities before production use.
Who can access early-access data?
Access is limited to people and service providers who need it to operate the website, evaluate a customer relationship, provide support, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. As the product matures, this page will be replaced or expanded with more specific vendor, retention, and subprocessors information.
How long is information kept?
We keep information only as long as it is useful for the purposes above, unless a signed agreement, security need, legal obligation, or dispute requires a different period. You can ask us to review, correct, or delete contact information by emailing hello@cybercore.one.
Will this page change?
Yes. CyberCore is still in early access, so this page will change as the product, customer contracts, subprocessors, and support model become more formal. Material updates will receive a new last-updated date.
